The manufacturer "D.L. Chinese Food Services M.K. 1997 Ltd." is calling for the recall of "frozen ground white meat" products. Following an inspection conducted by the company within the framework of the HACCP risk management program, the presence of Salmonella bacteria was found in the "frozen ground white meat" product. In light of this finding, and as a precaution, D.L. Chinese Food Services M.K. 1997 Ltd. is carrying out an initiated recall of the product. Consumers in possession of the product are asked not to consume it.

In healthy people, Salmonella bacteria can cause intestinal illness characterized by fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. In rare cases, complications can occur. In susceptible populations such as young children, those with weakened immune systems, and the elderly, the bacteria can cause serious illness and even death.
