A 60-year-old man was seriously injured by a horse kicking a seat in the Lachish Regional Council. MDA medics and paramedics who were called to the scene, gave him medical treatment and evacuated him to Soroka Hospital in an unstable condition with an abdominal injury.
MDA paramedic Ronen Shunam-Halevi from the MDA motorcycle unit said: "When we arrived the wounded man was fully conscious and suffering from a severe stomach injury, we were told that he had been kicked in the stomach by a horse, we gave him life-saving initial medical treatment that included drugs to stop internal bleeding and fluids, and we evacuated Urgently take him to the hospital when his condition is serious."
