Construction worker in critical condition after electrocution at Ramat Gan site

A 51-year-old construction worker is in critical condition after suffering an electric shock on Friday at a building site in Ramat Gan, a city in central Israel. The incident occurred at a construction site on Ben-Zvi Boulevard, one of the city’s main thoroughfares. Emergency responders from Magen David Adom (Israel’s national ambulance service) arrived at the scene and provided initial medical treatment to the injured man. He was then transported to Sheba Medical Centre (Tel HaShomer), Israel’s largest hospital, where he is being treated for injuries consistent with electrocution.
