Egyptian intelligence chief visited Israel weeks before October 7

Following disclosure of an aircraft landing at Ben Gurion Airport carrying Egypt’s intelligence chief Abbas Kamel some two weeks before October 7, aviation authorities are refusing to release details citing privacy grounds. The Shin Bet defers to the aviation authority while Prime Minister’s office and Defence Ministry remain silent, raising questions about oversight of flights to Israel.
