Israel’s Health Ministry has issued an urgent directive requiring residents of Kibbutz Shluhot to boil all water before drinking, cooking, preparing medicines or brushing their teeth. The alert was announced on Thursday evening following the receipt of abnormal water sampling results. The ministry stated that the directive remains in effect until further notice. Residents have been advised to maintain this precaution until the water supply has been declared safe by health authorities. The kibbutz, located in northern Israel, is working with local water authorities to identify and resolve the contamination issue.
