IDF eliminates Hamas operative disguised as humanitarian worker with Turkish connections

Breaking

The Israel Defence Forces confirmed Sunday that they eliminated Zaqer Nabeel Musa Qissi, a Hamas operative who operated under the guise of a humanitarian worker in Gaza. According to IDF statements, the target maintained contacts with Turkish officials and senior Hamas leadership abroad.

The operative served in Hamas’s naval unit (Shoreesh) and was identified as having coordinated with both Turkish government elements and Hamas command structures operating outside Gaza. The elimination represents part of ongoing IDF operations against Hamas infrastructure.

In concurrent operations, the IDF also eliminated a commander in Hamas’s military wing and a surveillance network operative, continuing targeted operations against the organisation’s command and control structures in the Gaza Strip.
