Customs authorities at border crossings intercepted shipments of tramadol tablets on a drone headed toward Gaza. The medication, which contains the addictive opioid tramadol, is commonly referred to as “the poor man’s cocaine.” The confiscation was part of ongoing efforts to prevent drug smuggling into the enclave.
