The explosion caused significant damage to the building’s entrance, though no casualties were reported. The incident sent shockwaves through the neighbourhood, with the sound of the detonation reverberating across the area. A resident living nearby described the experience, saying: “It wasn’t close to me and I still heard it very clearly.” Stun grenades, also known as flash-bang devices, are commonly used by Israeli security forces and can cause considerable damage in confined spaces. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding how the grenade came to be thrown at the residential building and whether it was linked to any criminal activity or security incident.
