A 30-year-old man has been taken to hospital in critical condition following a serious accident whilst riding an electric bicycle in Yeruham, in the Negev region of southern Israel. The incident occurred on Monday afternoon on Rav Kook Street when the rider lost control of the e-bike. Paramedics from Magen David Adom (Israel’s emergency medical service) provided immediate treatment at the scene, with the man sustaining a significant head injury. He was transported to Soroka Medical Centre in Be’er Sheva with serious injuries. Emergency services have not disclosed further details about the circumstances of the crash or the man’s current medical condition.
