Serious injuries as two vehicles collide on Israel’s Highway 6

A 63-year-old man suffered serious injuries in a road accident on Highway 6 on Saturday, with a second motorist sustaining minor injuries. The collision between the two vehicles occurred on the stretch between Nitzanei Oz interchange and Baka al-Gharbiyye interchange. Magen David Adom paramedics provided emergency medical treatment at the scene before transporting both casualties to Hillel Yaffe Medical Centre in Hadera. The condition of the elderly driver has been classified as serious by medical teams, whilst his fellow accident victim is expected to make a full recovery from their minor injuries.
