Israeli security forces conducted a complex operation to apprehend Moein al-Arabbad, head of Hamas’s Shin Bet intelligence division, in the West Bank. According to newly disclosed details from Gaza-based sources, the operation involved a two-day positioning phase, forced entry into a location, an armed confrontation, and tactical withdrawal.
