According to prosecutors, the man allegedly hid a GoPro camera in the changing facilities and recorded the woman deliberately with the intent to obtain sexual gratification or humiliate her. The allegations suggest the filming took place during a lesson at the facility where he was employed as an instructor. The charge sheet alleges the offence was committed with clear sexual intent, characterising it as a serious violation of the victim’s privacy.
