A court extended the detention of a young suspect for six days in connection with the abduction of 10-year-old Yehali, following a determination that suspicions against him remain at a high level of severity.

The interrogation of the abducted child was halted midway due to difficulty in reconstructing the events. Police have not yet determined whether the suspect physically harmed the boy.

Yehali was found early in the morning in Bnei Barak with a youth from Jerusalem whom he did not know prior to his abduction.
