Chairman of Knesset Foreign Affairs Committee warns of election day security threats

Breaking

Chair of the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defence Committee, MK Boaz Bismuth, has warned that Israel’s enemies will attempt to strike on election day. Speaking following a special security discussion on Monday, Bismuth stated that “Israel’s enemies will try to harm [us] on election day.”

According to Bismuth, Israel’s security system is on high alert in preparation for the elections. The warning comes as Israeli officials assess potential threats during the electoral process.

This assessment reflects ongoing security concerns amid heightened tensions in the region and the vulnerability of large public gatherings during voting periods.
