The USA in a harsh message: "condemn the calls of hate during the marches in Jerusalem"

The festive flag parade, also known as the flag dance, took place last night in the capital as every year, as part of the Jerusalem Day celebrations . During the festive event, no unusual events were recorded, but racist chants were heard from some of the participants. In the meantime, the US State Department issued a statement of condemnation tonight (between Thursday and Friday) and emphasized that "the United States is unequivocally opposed to racist language of any form. We condemn the chants of hate such as 'death to the Arabs' during the marches in Jerusalem."

Jordan also condemned Israel last night, when in a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Amman it was written that "Jordan condemns the ascent of Knesset members to Al-Aqsa Mosque. The provocative and unacceptable actions, under the auspices of the Israel Police, warn of a worsening of the situation in light of the parade of flags in Jerusalem, which confirms that Israel There is no sovereignty over the city and the holy places and that East Jerusalem is the capital of Palestine."

The statement also stated that "the invasion of the Al-Aqsa Mosque by the members of the government and the members of the Knesset is a violation of the status quo and of international law. The mosque is a pure place of worship for Muslims, and that the Jordanian endowment administration is the supreme and exclusive legal authority to manage the place." It is also written that "Israel as an occupying country must cease all violations of the order in the mosque and respect its sanctity, as well as the historical and legal situation there."

A number of politicians also participated in the parade, including the Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gabir and the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Yuli Edelstein . The two were seen dancing and celebrating with the people there, when Edelstein was even carried on the shoulders. In addition, the Minister of Energy Israel Katz led the singing on the spot .

Minister Ben Gabir said on the spot: "Jerusalem is ours and whoever thinks that it is possible to threaten us, let him know that the nation of Israel is alive." The Minister of the Negev, the Galilee and National Resilience, Yitzhak Wasserlauf also came to the parade, and said: "For two thousand years we have waited and with tears wished for the day when we will march in the streets of Jerusalem in a sovereign state. I am excited every year to celebrate, rejoice, the Israeli flag with pride and thank God that we were privileged to come to this day."

Earlier, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu participated in the state rally to mark 56 years since the liberation and reunification of Jerusalem, at Ammunition Hill in the city. "Today we pay tribute to the fighters for the freedom of Jerusalem, and for the assurance of victory on the other fronts. We salute the fallen and we hug from the bottom of our hearts the members of the bereaved families, whose wounds of loss are always etched in their souls," he noted.

He also added: "Here, on Ammunition Hill, every stone is a story. Every position, every ditch, every bend in the road, serves as a testimony to the bravery of our soldiers. The battle on Ammunition Hill is one of the most documented battles in Israel's wars, documented almost minute by minute.
