Omri Padan, the CEO and owner of McDonald's Israel , announced today (Thursday) about its sale to McDonald's Global. Padan, the owner of Eloniel Ltd. which owns and operates McDonald's restaurants in Israel, began operating in Israel more than 30 years ago Shana and currently operates 225 restaurants with 5,000 employees. Upon completion of the transaction, McDonald's Global will own the chain in Israel and the conditions of the employees will be maintained.
