As I recall , Noa Tashvi was fired in April of last year from her position as our global outreach ambassador for the fight against anti-Semitism, after she legitimately criticized the legal reform. In spite of the dismissal and the insult, Tashbi has been harnessed to serve as an unofficial advocacy ambassador and has been at the forefront of our global advocacy since the seventh of October, working vigorously and without compensation.
It is not surprising that Shabbi was not chosen to light a beacon on Independence Day, nor was she invited to participate in the Israel Awards ceremony, apparently because she opposes the current government, but now she is being recognized from another front and the recognition she deserves. Reichman University will award Tshebi an honorary doctorate degree as a sign of Israeli heroism. The ceremony of receiving the degree will be held during the next month and Tshebi will come to Israel to participate in the ceremony.
Beside Tishvi, other personalities who stood out in their contribution to the state since October 7th, will receive the award from the prestigious university. Among them are Captain Karni Gez , Eyal Neve , Chaim Yelin , and Brigadier General Israel Shumer .
