Chairman and founder of Nofer Energy Ofer Yanai participated today in the annual meeting of the Jerusalem Post Group in New York City. Yanai, one of the leaders in the field of renewable energy in Israel, participated in the event alongside senior politicians, diplomats and businessmen from Israel and the USA.
During the event, Yanai gave a speech, in which he explained his vision that combines renewable energy, regional issues and political interests, with an emphasis on the AEA project, an innovative electricity network that will connect Africa, Europe and Asia, and take advantage of the relative advantages of each continent in electricity production, employment and environmental quality .
"Energy can and should be used as a tool to promote peace and prosperity between countries. The Abraham Accords created a wave of cooperation between Israel and the Arab world, but in order to build the next floor, we, the entrepreneurs, are needed to turn the vision into reality efficiently and quickly,' Yanai said in his words.
