A 40-year-old construction worker has been seriously injured after being struck by a heavy object whilst working at a building site on King Amaziah Street in Haifa. The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon, leaving the man with severe injuries requiring immediate medical attention. Paramedics from Magen David Adom (Israel’s national ambulance service) provided emergency treatment at the scene before transporting him to Rambam Health Care Campus, one of northern Israel’s leading medical centres. His condition has been described as serious, and he remains under hospital care following the accident.
