Oren Abraham, who spent approximately 30 years imprisoned for numerous elaborate fraud schemes targeting judges, banks and political leaders using only a telephone, has died at Shamir Medical Centre from pneumonia complications. The prolific fraudster, considered among Israel’s most notorious con artists, conducted his operations entirely from prison.
