First ultra-Orthodox city established in Florida with 80 families

Eighty families have moved into the first ultra-Orthodox designated city in the United States, located in Okeechobee, Florida, marking the launch of a unique Jewish community development project. The complex will eventually include 1,000 single-family homes and 300 additional housing units, with schools already opened and local branches of religious organisations established. The project represents a significant relocation from New York to South Florida.
