Historic Sandys Row Synagogue receives £185k grants for preservation

One of the East End’s only two remaining functioning synagogues has been awarded £185,000 in grant funding to secure its long-term future. The financial support will enable critical ceiling repairs, a structural survey, and the completion of a heritage significance statement for the historic Sandys Row Synagogue.
