IDF eliminates Hamas commander involved in 7 October massacre and Islamic Jihad operative in Gaza strikes

Breaking

The IDF announced on Friday that strikes conducted the previous day in northern Gaza and Khan Younis eliminated Muhammad Muhammad Abd al-Halak Halla, a Hamas commander who participated in the 7 October attacks and was involved in weapons manufacturing, along with Ahmad Jabarin Taufiq Dalhan, an operative in the military wing of Islamic Jihad.

According to the IDF statement, both individuals had recently advanced terrorist activities and attempted to restore operational capabilities in the region. The strikes targeted senior command figures responsible for planning and executing attacks against Israel.

The elimination of these operatives represents continued Israeli military operations against Hamas and Palestinian militant leadership in Gaza, as part of ongoing counter-terrorism efforts following the October 2023 attacks.
