Israeli Defence Forces eliminated a terrorist in the village of Akraba in Samaria during an overnight operation, according to military reports. The suspect attempted to carry out an attack against IDF forces by throwing improvised explosive devices and a bottle of accelerant, while armed with a knife he intended to use against troops.

IDF troops from the Nahal brigade neutralised the terrorist during the encounter. The operation was conducted as forces arrived at the village to interrogate a suspect linked to a terrorist organisation.

This incident reflects ongoing security operations in the West Bank as the IDF continues counter-terrorism activities in Palestinian territories.
