Israel strikes major Hezbollah facility with massive explosion; Lebanese president unexpectedly visits strike zone

Israel conducted a major strike on a strategic Hezbollah facility using approximately 1,100 tonnes of explosives, according to reports from Ynet. New satellite imagery released following the strike shows significant changes to the targeted area where the militant group’s installation was located.

In a surprising development, Lebanese President visited Nabatieh, approximately 3.5 kilometres from the strike site, where he made public statements regarding national principles. He declared: “Withdrawal, prisoners and reconstruction are national principles – and we are committed to implementing them.”

The strike represents a significant escalation in ongoing operations against Hezbollah infrastructure. Scheduled negotiations planned for the following week were subsequently postponed following these developments.
