Israel’s Defence Minister Pete Hegseth and his team have pushed for two F-15 crew members whose aircraft was downed in Iran to give interviews to the American news programme ’60 Minutes’. The move has raised concerns within the US military about potential exposure of classified information.

According to reports, one of the pilots agreed to the interview while the second declined. US military officials have warned against disclosing sensitive operational details that could compromise national security.
