Netanyahu rejected briefing on October 7 investigation findings before public disclosure

Breaking

According to a first-time report, the Israel Defence Forces offered Prime Minister Netanyahu an opportunity to review and study investigations into October 7 events well before findings were made public. The offer was made during the investigative process itself.

Netanyahu showed no interest in the briefing. Only after his chief of staff contacted him with complaints did the IDF Chief of Staff’s office propose setting a meeting, which did not proceed further.

The revelation raises questions about the Prime Minister’s engagement with critical post-attack investigations during their preparation phase.
