Five ways you can tell if people are lying to you:

1. Questions: if they repeat the question they were asked before they answer.

2. Eye contact: if they don't look you in the eye.

3. The form of standing: if they stand without moving but seem restless.

4. The voice: if they speak in a low or high tone that is uncharacteristic of them.

5. Too many details: If they share too many details and information with you and repeat it over and over again.
