"Political failure": Khamenei attacked the decision of the European Union – and Israel Katz did not remain liable

After Iran's leader Khamenei attacked the EU Parliament's decision in favor of an unprecedented and extraordinary condemnation against Iran, following its attack on Israel, today (Thursday) Minister Israel Katz responded to him in Persian on his X account.

"Today the European Parliament made a crushing decision against the Iranian regime, which is the head of a snake," Katz wrote. "False and funded propaganda against Israel no longer works. This is the political failure and this is only the beginning of the story."

As you may recall, the resolution passed by a large majority strongly condemns the Iranian attack on Israel and emphasizes the European Union's commitment to the security of the State of Israel. The decision was approved by a majority of 357 in favor and 20 against. Last Monday, the Council of Foreign Ministers of the European Union extended the sanctions regime against Iran and its missile and UAV project.

After the decision was made, Khamenei wrote, "Western governments claim that the resistance front is terrorism. This is happening while people were waving the Hezbollah flag on the street in the USA. The people of the world support the resistance front because they oppose and because they are against oppression."
