The Nahala movement has established what they term a ‘settlement’ near Nahal Oz (Entebbe Stream), which they openly describe as an interim objective before advancing into Gaza. Movement leader Daniela Weiss stated: ‘The nucleus will not move from here except to enter the strip.’

The outpost has drawn attention from both supporters and authorities. The police claim a complaint has been received and the matter is under investigation, though no action has been taken so far to remove the activists from the location.

This development reflects growing tensions around settlement activities and territorial claims, with local residents and officials calling for evacuation of the unauthorised outpost while the police investigation remains ongoing.
