Right-wing activists violently break into Joint List campaign headquarters in Tel Aviv

Breaking

The Joint List (Rשימה המשותפת), the largest Arab-Jewish political alliance in Israel, reported a violent break-in at its campaign headquarters in Tel Aviv on Thursday evening during an election event at the “Left Bank” club.

According to the party’s statement, activists identified with the right-wing Jewish Power (Otzma Yehudit) party forcibly entered the premises and attacked party activists and youth present at the event.

The Joint List characterised the incident as “a new and dangerous escalation in political violence in the country,” signalling serious concerns about the deterioration of political discourse ahead of national elections.

The incident represents a significant breach of electoral norms and raises questions about security at campaign facilities during the election period.
