Saar returns to the Netanyahu bloc? "We need to put an end to the boycotts"

Minister Gideon Sa'ar was interviewed today (Monday) on the Knesset channel and referred to the continuation of the government meeting even after the war. However, in an interview Sa'ar announced that he does not rule out remaining in the government with the Likud led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu .

Sa'ar: "We don't need to go to the concept of narrow governments. In my opinion, we need to stop boycotts, including Netanyahu. I haven't changed my mind about Netanyahu, I was of the opinion that the government should be replaced. I don't see things differently."

As I recall, this is additional support for the Prime Minister on Sa'ar's part, after the two met at the Prime Minister's request at the beginning of the year on the issue of "the day after". During the last Hanukkah holiday, Sa'ar participated in lighting candles with bereaved families. Sa'ar was at his best, giving a long speech and also providing political headlines. In the political part of his speech, Sa'ar reprimanded those whom he defined as "standing with a stopwatch in hand and insisting on hearing from him an answer to the question: "When are you leaving Netanyahu's emergency government?".

The sweeping interpretation following Sa'ar's remarks left no room for debate: most of them interpreted the speech of the chairman of New Hope as a statement of intent on his way to full integration into Netanyahu's coalition. The assessment was also strengthened by numerous briefings carefully issued by the Prime Minister's Office, according to which the two bitter rivals who until recently are on a fast track of rapprochement, meet for regular intimate conversations and plan the follow-up plans.
