Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic acknowledged defeat in parliamentary elections to a list led by a student protest movement after more than a decade in power. The opposition list is expected to win 135-140 of 250 parliament seats, compared to approximately 105 for Vucic’s Progressive Party. The student-led movement emerged from two years of anti-government protests.
