Yedidia Samuel Stein, 26, from Brakha settlement, has had his detention extended by three days following arrest during violent clashes in Samaria involving stone-throwing and arson near Burqa village. Police allege he attempted to flee security forces and exercised his right to silence during questioning. His defence attorney contends direct evidence of his involvement in the alleged crimes has not been presented. The court determined sufficient grounds for suspicion warrant continued detention.
