Regarding the deficit in the National Insurance, he said: "The enormous enterprise that has no equal in the world was founded by a huge woman, Prime Minister Golda Meir. There is no such thing as National Insurance that insures every citizen in every country in the world. I held a discussion on the financial soundness of the National Insurance. The outlook is very gloomy." .

"In 2026, the savings of the country's citizens are expected to end, and then the payments will be higher than the incomes," he added. "The National Insurance will begin to deprive the citizens of the State of Israel of their savings. There will be money until 2036, but the money will be from the savings we have saved. And this is very serious. In 2036, the National Insurance will reach a state of insolvency, unequivocally."

"Today, the balance of the National Insurance contributes about 20 billion NIS per year to the state budget from our funds every year. Starting in 2014, the Treasury takes from the money of the savers approximately three times and reached 20 billion NIS per year. The state owes the National Insurance about 330 billion NIS.
