The primary defendant in the murder case of Yemenite youth Yemeni Zalka has confessed to the stabbing. The 15-year-old’s defence counsel argues the stabbing was not intended to cause death and seeks a manslaughter conviction rather than murder. According to the indictment, the teenager had threatened Zalka with a knife before the fatal attack.
