Samaria Tourism will hold the “Firstfruits Farmer” festival in preparation for Shavuot, a celebration of local produce, creativity, and community under the title: “Land, bear fruit, your harvest, love.” The festival will take place on Friday, May 15, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, at Giv’ot Olam Farm.
The event will be held with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, and will offer visitors an experience of nature, flavors, and open mountain scenery, as part of the celebration of Shavuot and the Liberation Day of Jerusalem and Samaria.
As part of the festival, various stands will be set up with the best local and regional produce: boutique wines, fine honey, fresh dairy products, homemade yogurts, fresh eggs from the henhouse, and seasonal vegetables.
Alongside the agricultural produce, there will also be handmade art stalls, ceramics, flower arrangements, and art items made from natural materials, as part of a connection between agriculture, creativity, and the local community.
