Two months have passed since 16-year-old Or Yaakov returned from Hamas captivity, along with his brother Yigil , after they were kidnapped from their home on the seventh of October in Kibbutz Nir Oz. In a post on Instagram, he shows a transformation when he shares a photo of his body just after he was released from Hamas captivity, and another photo of him today after hard work and returning to the data he had before captivity. About two weeks ago, Yaakov uploaded a picture of the muscles on his back and wrote: "Little by little I am returning to the body I had before captivity."
