The United States has announced a reward programme offering up to $20 million for information about Iran’s nuclear development activities, part of the ‘Rewards for Justice’ initiative.
The reward targets individuals with knowledge of nuclear facilities, equipment, scientists, and professionals involved in Iran’s nuclear programme, as well as information regarding their movements and activities.
The announcement comes as Iran continues to enrich uranium to 60 per cent purity, significantly above levels required for civilian nuclear power, raising international concerns about weapons development potential.
