Wissotzky acquires controlling stake in Altshul Sham investment house

Insurance company Wissotzky is acquiring 45 per cent of investment house Altshul Sham for approximately one billion shekels, with CEO Yair Lewenstein purchasing an additional 10 per cent. The deal values the company at approximately 1.8 billion shekels, roughly 300 million shekels above its stock exchange valuation. The transaction marks a significant shift in the firm’s ownership structure.
