A 43-year-old woman was found dead in her home on Yosef Sprintzak Street in Petach Tikva on Monday night following a violent incident. Magen David Adom paramedics arriving at the scene found the woman without pulse or breathing, with severe injuries, and were forced to declare her dead at the scene.

According to police suspicions, the woman was struck to death with an axe in front of her children. The suspected perpetrator, identified as her husband, left the house and subsequently took his own life in a nearby street.
