10-year-old boy dies after electric scooter accident in central Israel

Omer Shadi Azzam, from the Arab town of Tayibe, was visiting relatives in the village of Maissar when he was struck by the scooter. He was rushed to Hillel Yaffe Medical Centre, where he was pronounced dead.
