The IDF announced the completion of a clearance operation in the “Radge of the Trapped” (Alei Taher), described as a strategically significant Hezbollah position. The operation involved both above and below-ground activities.

According to the IDF statement, some militants were eliminated during the operation whilst others managed to escape the area. The military indicated it is continuing efforts to neutralise remaining threats in the region.

The announcement came hours following Iranian threats. The IDF reported detecting various weapons caches and military infrastructure during the clearance operation, including rocket launchers and other equipment.

Further airstrikes in the area were reported this evening as operations continue in the sector.
