In good time, the dancer, actress and former judge on the show “Dancing with the Stars,” Rona-Lee Shimon , became a mother for the first time. After an exciting period of her first pregnancy at the age of 42, Rona-Lee Shimon gave birth to a baby boy, her firstborn, at Sheba Hospital-Tel Hashomer and became a single mother.
Shimon, as we recall, announced her pregnancy in February of this year. "I did it my way," the beloved actress wrote with Frank Sinatra's song in the background, revealing a baby bump. During the months of pregnancy, Shimon was in a serious car accident and shared: "A very shaky weekend, painful but looking forward."
Shimon spent the months of pregnancy alone, after having been in a high-profile relationship with the businessman Static for the past few years, a relationship that lasted a year. Two months later, she entered into a new relationship with architect Sharon Adir , whose relationship also ended after only four months of dating.
Now, with the birth of her son, Rona-Lee joins a line of talented women who have chosen to become independent mothers – as she celebrates the new stage in her life.
