Despite the situation, many Israelis will spend their holiday abroad. In light of the high demand, vacation lines are increasing flights from Tel Aviv to Athens via the Greek airline Blue Bird Airways.
Today (Thursday) the company will operate another flight at 19:45 and another one on 19.4, departing at 00:55, as well as in the coming days. During the day, Blue Bird Airways will operate, from Ben Gurion Airport, 20 incoming and outgoing flights to its various destinations. Flight prices start at $185.
The "Vacation Lines" group notes that the line from Tel Aviv to Athens has become the most active line in terms of the number of daily flights from Ben Gurion Airport, "We make every effort to respond in terms of the maximum number of flights, all the more so as we approach the Passover holiday – peak demand for both Passover holidays and for the use of the Athens airport as a HUB for continuing flights after the cessation of flights to Turkey".
