The Hind Rajab Foundation, which operates globally to file complaints against security personnel, has submitted a complaint to the International Court of Justice in The Hague. The complaint targets the Israeli Medical Association and several senior Israeli physicians.

The foundation alleges that the defendants were involved in ‘abuse of Palestinian detainees at Sde Teiman facility.’ Sde Teiman is a military detention facility that has been subject to international scrutiny regarding detainee treatment.

This legal action represents another international challenge to Israeli security and medical personnel regarding allegations of detainee mistreatment, adding to growing international pressure on these issues.
