The State Attorney’s Office has filed serious indictment charges against Natalia Kasilbsky, director of ‘Luchik’ nursery in Ariel, and two caregivers. The indictment describes approximately 400 severe violent incidents against 17 infants and toddlers aged six months to three years.
The charges include strangulation, binding, confinement in dark rooms, and force-feeding of the young children. The case has prompted significant concern regarding child safety and supervision standards in Israeli childcare facilities.
This represents a major criminal case involving systematic abuse of vulnerable children under state investigation.
