Iran conducted a significant ballistic missile attack against multiple US military bases in Jordan on Wednesday night, according to Arab media sources. The attack targeted the Al-Azraq, Muwaffaq Al-Salti, and Amir Hassan bases, where American forces are stationed, with over 10 ballistic missiles launched from 12 Iranian cities.

According to Jerusalem Post reporting, Jordan successfully intercepted the Iranian missiles following what was described as the largest barrage since Operation Roaring Lion. This represents a major escalation in regional tensions between Iran and the United States.

The Iranian military’s Joint Command announced it would strike US interests in the Middle East with force if Iranian vessels were attacked, following US strikes on Iranian oil tankers near Kharg Island. The IRGC threatened a response to the American strikes.

Multiple Israeli and international sources confirmed the attack, indicating this represents a direct military confrontation between Iranian and American forces in the region, marking a significant escalation in Middle Eastern security dynamics.
