A new gem, a surfing and WELLNESS village called Alaya Village, has opened near the Pulag Nature Reserve, just a few steps from the beach. Alaiya provides a unique hospitality experience that includes a variety of workshops that connect body and soul, between the individual and the whole, and between man and the earth.
The owners of the place are two veteran entrepreneurs, Dan Naftali and Ronan Manifaz, who are involved in the fields of high-tech, retail real estate and nightlife. After jointly establishing more than 20 entertainment venues, they decided to reinvent themselves and together with Selina, the international hospitality and leisure chain, decided to establish a place Another, a place where the experience will be different from the hotels we know, a place that everyone who enters very quickly enters the Alaiya community, a place that connects hospitality, content and art.
The connection between the Selina chain and between Dan Naftali and Ronan Menifaz felt almost natural when they brought with them the knowledge and experience in the field of hotels and marketing. Between the two parties there is a long-standing acquaintance that for the first time was expressed in the form of a unique holiday village that connects people.
The definition of "home" is not accidental. The guests who enter "Alaya's House", when the experience starts from the check-in stage. The reception service does not have a desk as expected, but a living room where the hotel hosts receive the guests, and tell about the experience and the contents that are going to go through during the stay at the place. After the check-in stage, each guest is accompanied by the staff to find their room, and in a home like home, books are waiting for the guests in the dresser next to the bed. Every small element like this builds a complete hospitality experience that wants to say: "We've been waiting for you, how nice that you came to us".
Along with the hospitality experience for which Ben Ast is responsible, the most prominent feature of Alaya is the content. Alaya guests don't just enjoy a beachfront location and good food, but a complete experience of workshops and content. Before each weekend, a schedule is published in advance that includes the workshops and content for those days, guests have the option to take part in all the activities that take place during their stay or join selected parts according to their preference.
The food at the place was designed and cooked by the chef (Didi Masri) of the "Night Kitchen" restaurant and is characterized by rich and homemade vegetarian and vegan food. The stay at the place includes breakfast and dinner, when in addition to the meals served, the quality of which is an integral part of the experience and content at the place, throughout During the day it is open at the place "Consumers", where you can buy food, snacks and drinks. In addition to all these, in the store you can buy everything you need to complete the experience on the spot, from plant-based extracts to locally produced pieces of art.
Interior designer Rami Romano, who has designed boutique stores, restaurants and hotels around the world, and veteran artist and designer Aya Tzalim, a pioneer in creating alternative outdoor events in Israel, and one of the leaders in the industry, are entrusted with the design of the place.
