Palestinian workers barred from entering Judea, Samaria and Jordan Valley ahead of Israeli election day

Breaking

Israeli security officials have imposed a ban on Palestinian workers entering settlements in Judea and Samaria as well as the Jordan Valley, effective from Sunday through Monday, according to an IDF spokesperson. The restrictions are part of election day security measures.

Industrial zones and specific approved areas have been exempted from the ban. The decision was made following a situational assessment by the security establishment and approved at the political level.

This represents a precautionary security measure implemented ahead of the electoral process to maintain control over movement in disputed territories.
